做法
1. | 將小羊排順骨頭切開變成帶骨的小片。 |
2. | 把 辣咖哩醃料 準備好。 |
3. | 將羊排用咖哩醃料醃至少1 個小時 |
4. | 烤盤燒到非常熱後刷上少許油。 |
5. | 將羊排放上烤盤用中火炙3 分鐘﹐翻面後再用中火炙烤 3 分鐘即可裝盤。這樣的羊排大約是 8 分熟。食用時佐以 烤抱子甘藍和冬南瓜 和 羅勒葉油。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the lamb in between bones into small pieces, each piece with one bone. |
2. | Prepare the Curry Marinade. |
3. | Marinate the lamb with the Spiced Curry Rub for at least 1 hours. |
4. | Preheat a grill pan until it is very hot then brush some oil on the pan. |
5. | Grill the lamb chops over medium heat for 3 minutes. Turn them over and grill for another 3 minutes. The lamb is medium done. Serve with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash and Infused basil oil |
